There are only 2 ingredients, Australian soybeans and Japanese natto starter imported from Japan.
Fermented in Sydney.
How we get it: In cardboard bowl (due to stickiness of natto, we cannot get it in bulk containers-too difficult to transfer to returnrs). Please compost the bowls at home.
