Tin Man was founded by Ben Stronach in 2014, running his roaster out the back of his little cafe, The Queensberry Pour House. The cafe drew a community of coffee lovers (and absolute legends), many of whom remain friends and patrons of Tin Man today. After the Pourhouse closed its doors in 2020, Ben moved Tin Man to a new home in Coburg North
