Organic coconut sugar

Organic Coconut Sugar is a great alternative to other sweeteners. Derived from the coconut palm blossom, It has a natural golden colour, sweet coconut aroma and a light toffee flavour. Coconut Sugar is a more sustainable choice of sweetener, using approximately ⅕ of the water of other varieties such as sugar cane. It adds a unique coconut flavour to hot beverages and can be sprinkled over porridge, fresh fruit and rice pudding. It can also be used in baked goods such as muffins, cookies and fruit cakes.
