Fresh tempeh-soy millet

Wilder Foods is a new Coburg-based business which is aiming where possible to eliminate the use of plastic packaging. It will also be using a jar return system for its miso and condiment products.
This is the "5-grain" snacking tempeh. It may be cooked and used just the same as traditional soy tempeh - but has a textured nuttiness that really shines with fresh ingredients like salads, guacamole, or your favourite dip.
The blend of 5 pulses and grains including buckwheat, mung beans and sorghum comprises a complete protein. It is gluten, nut and soy-free and is solely made from sustainably-grown Australian produce.
